BECOME A MEMBER @ St Mary’s and join the Electoral Roll (not same as the political voting Electoral Register!)

The annual revision of the Church electoral roll is about to take place. 

If your name is not already on the roll and you wish to be included (eg because you have recently joined the congregation or reached the age of 16) please complete an application form by following one of the options below –

  1. Electronically – click on this link or the button to the right to complete the form and submit.

  2. Electoral Roll forms are also available at the cross aisles in Church or can be downloaded here if you prefer. Please return them to the Parish Office.

Completed forms must be returned by Tuesday 5th May 2026

If you are already on the roll but your name/address/email address has changed please let Nils know nils.bersweden@stmaryswimbledon.org  (making clear that you are already on the roll) so that we can update the roll.

PLEASE NOTE - we store all our data – including the electoral roll details - on ChurchSuite. Your details will therefore be placed on ChurchSuite.  When you are signed up for ChurchSuite you will receive an email welcoming you which will explain how to access and control your data by going to your ‘My ChurchSuite’ page. If your name/address/email address has or does change please update it via that page.
